SHIPPING & RETURNS

At OSC customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you receive a product other than what you ordered or your order is incomplete or it is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Customers ordering in  error  or no longer wanting a product will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Items in the customer’s possession for longer than 30 days will not be accepted for return.

OSC accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification. OSC recommends professional installation for every product sold, and all products are for off-road use only, unless clearly noted otherwise.

All cancellations, exchanges & returns must be authorized by OSC and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning products or incoming packages may be denied.

All products must be sent back  in brand new , unopened, reselleable conditon.

All order cancellations are subject to a 10-25% fee; once an item has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on any item that is listed as special order.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Policy :
All orders are subject to product availability.  If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the delay.  Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available, we will notify you before the order ships.

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

**Oversized Freight – Any item listed as “Oversized” will be subject to additional shipping charges , you will be contacted directly to arrange and confirm cost and availability .
